Who We’re Looking For
We are hiring Personal Care Workers who are reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to exceptional aged care services. You should have:
Certificate III in Individual Support (Aging, Home & Community) or currently pursuing a nursing qualification.
Experience in residential or community aged care (preferred but not required).
A caring, empathetic approach with strong communication skills.
The ability to build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
Multilingual candidates (Italian, Greek, Croatian, or Spanish) are encouraged to apply.
