University House at The University of Melbourne is seeking a passionate and skilled Bar/Bistro Attendant to provide outstanding service to our members and guests. If you have a strong background in hospitality, a love for great wine, and excellent customer service skills, we’d love to hear from you!

What We’re Looking For:
✔ Bar & Bistro Experience – Minimum 1 year as a Bar or Bistro Attendant
✔ Wine Enthusiast – Knowledge and keen interest in wine (advantageous)
✔ Coffee Expertise – Strong barista skills
✔ Bar Operations Knowledge – Cellar & stock management, beer reticulation, equipment maintenance
✔ Customer-Focused Professionalism – Strong communication skills & excellent English
✔ Hygiene & Safety Standards – Handling & storing beverages with care
✔ Cash Handling Experience
✔ Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate – Required (Victorian)
✔ Valid Victorian Driver’s Licence
✔ Club Environment Experience – Highly regarded
